Our founder, Gaeron McClure, is a seasoned global compliance leader and financial expert with deep expertise in governance, due diligence, regulation, risk, and talent management across the professional services, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
In his prior roles as a senior Big Four partner and business leader, Gaeron has extensive experience managing global compliance organizations of over 400 professionals, leading domestic and cross-border financial due diligence and strategy engagements on some of the world's largest transactions, and auditing companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 10 companies in the US and Latin America.
Known as a collaborative and transparent leader who finds pragmatic solutions to the most difficult operational, transformation, and risk matters, Gaeron consistently achieves enhanced efficiency that results in long-term value. A trusted advisor to boards and senior management teams, Gaeron has a reputation for leading with trust, integrity, and accountability. His global operating experience, technical expertise, and worldwide network of connections positions him to engage board members and senior management with leading-edge insights.
Gaeron is a CPA licensed in New York (license # 098302) and New Jersey (license # 20CC03386600). Gaeron is qualified to serve as a financial expert under SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ rules.
Gaeron has extensive cross-border experience in Latin America and is fluent in Spanish.

Tom Conner is a skilled executive with two decades of experience focused on compliance, quality and risk management. A leader in the transformation of firm-wide risk management processes, Tom worked as a Managing Director at a Big 4 accounting firm where he mitigated risk while increasing speed to market through optimizing inefficient processes.
Tom led compliance for a firm’s strategy consulting practice, helping consulting professionals meet their regulatory and professional obligations. Tom assisted the client-facing executives on service quality, compliance with local and international professional standards and managing critical risks (e.g., conflicts, reputational risks, etc.).

Tom’s risk management background also encompasses more than a decade of policy development, internal audit engagements and compliance activities in Europe, Africa, Asia, North America and South America.
